Featuring a high-speed infeed that can handle up to 120 products per minute, it includes a stacking system with a double hopper to ensure proper product alignment. This system continuously stacks products while transferring the collation onto the blank. A mechanical pushing device ensures precise transfer of products onto the carton blank. The machine can operate at speeds of up to 40 layers per minute and pack up to 20 cartons per minute, making it highly efficient for various industries like food and personal care. Technical features include power requirements of 6 kW, air consumption of 300 Nl/min, and a working pressure of 6 bar. Key components include Camozzi pneumatics, Siemens S7/1500 PLC and display, and a Robatech Concept hot melt unit.
