The SwiStickXXL automated hanging system by JBT’s TIPPER TIE brand is designed to streamline the sausage production process. This system enables the suspension of sausages of various types across multiple casing calibers and string lengths. The SwiStickXXL can handle calibers ranging from 20mm to 120mm, with a maximum sausage/string length of 1700mm and a weight range from 500g to 10kg per sausage or chain. It accommodates up to 65 loops per minute on smoking sticks of lengths ranging from 800mm to 1200mm, and integrates seamlessly with TIPPER TIE double clippers like the TT1815 and TT1512. The system is driven by maintenance-free servo motors and is controlled via a state-of-the-art PLC with a multilingual graphical touchscreen. Designed for reliability and ease of maintenance, it includes advanced features such as a monitoring system sending visual signals when few sticks are left, and an integrated safety control system that stops the line in the event of an error, placing all components in a standby position.
