The ATS Xtend™ Double Offline system from Sotax AG is designed to streamline the dissolution testing process by enabling automated sample collection from two dissolution testers concurrently. This dual-rack autosampler can collect samples from up to 16 vessels, ensuring consistent sample withdrawal with its fixed, repeatable positions. The collected samples are automatically filtered and can be stored in glass tubes, LC vials, or wellplates. It operates within full compliance with data integrity standards, such as 21 CFR part 11, and pharmacopoeial standards, including USP and Ph. Eur. Its compact design allows for efficient use of space by stacking the sample collector on two piston pumps. This system is ideal for pharmaceutical applications requiring high throughput and precise sample management.
