The system includes a range of functionalities such as pre-moulding, rounding, and intermediate proofing, ensuring precision and flexibility. The optional recipe control feature further enhances automation, allowing for efficient high-capacity production of up to 2,500 pieces per hour. Dough weights can range from 100 to 1,600 grams, making the Crustica highly adaptable to varied production needs.
