Extract skins, dust, and lightweight particles
The aspiration system by Maseto is designed to effectively extract skins, dust, and other lightweight particles from nuts. The extracted impurities are then conveyed to a cyclone depressor, which can optionally incorporate a rotary cell for automatic emptying. This system can handle a wide range of nuts, including almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, peanuts, tiger nuts, coquitos from Brazil, apricot kernels, macadamia nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pistachios, and sesame. With a production capacity ranging from 100 to 4000 kg/h, this system ensures minimal contamination and enhances production efficiency.
