The AF2000 IMPERIAL Aseptic Filler from JBT is designed to fill fluids, concentrates, and particulate products while maintaining complete sterility. This filler uses a ‘steam only’ sterilization process for the filler head(s), eliminating the need for chemicals or sterile gases. It features a high production speed achieved through a newly designed head system, and it includes an aseptic filling chamber that can be opened without losing sterility. The system accommodates various packaging standards and operates in a fully PLC-controlled, self-diagnostic mode. With working speeds ranging from 5 to 60 bags per hour depending on the head configuration, it is versatile for different production scales.
