The temperate climate multifruit extraction line from Tropical Food Machinery processes seeded fruits like apples, pears, and kiwis into pulp, refined, clarified, or concentrated juices. The line includes a multi-step pre-treatment process involving washing, brushing, sorting, and blanching. The system employs the Extractor with Beaters ARTEMIDE, Preheater EBE, and Turbo Refiner HERA to separate skins and seeds effectively while preventing oxygen incorporation through cold extraction in an inert atmosphere. The juice can then be concentrated using the ZEUS Evaporator and sterilized and filled in an aseptic environment. This comprehensive line meets international production standards and accommodates capacities ranging from 2,000 kg/h to 15,000 kg/h of fresh fruit.
