Efficiently detach and clean kernels

The Almond and Apricot Kernel Blancher by Maseto is engineered to detach the interior hull from kernels using mechanical friction. After blanching, the product passes through three phases where rollers contact the kernels to remove the hull, which is subsequently eliminated by a compressed air system. An optional fourth phase washes and whitens the peeled fruit, enhancing appearance and easing cleaning and maintenance. The blancher is capable of processing between 500 and 3500 kg/h, making it adaptable to various production scales. This equipment is particularly beneficial for operations focusing on nuts like almonds and apricot kernels where efficient hull removal and product appearance are critical.
