The VISCO JET® VJ450 from Visco Jet Ruhrsysteme is an adjustable integral stand mixer designed for a variety of transport containers including 1,000-liter IBCs and 200-liter plastic drums. It features manual height adjustment, allowing easy handling of containers up to 1,200 mm tall. Made from high-quality stainless steel, the mixer boasts a manual height adjustment mechanism with profile rail guidance and counterweight, enhancing operational convenience. Safety is ensured through integral position switches and container recognition, activating the mixer only upon positive feedback. Equipped with a frequency converter, users can tailor the rotational speed to specific mixing tasks. An optional ATEX version is available for Zone 0 and 21 applications. The VJ450 can be mounted on the floor or wall, offering flexibility in changing plant layouts.
