It enables consistent seam quality in body-in-white production by removing adhesive residues from application nozzles. The system includes a base frame, cleaning nozzles, and a container for collecting residues. Available in Mini and Maxi variants, it supports up to three and six nozzles, respectively, with other versions available on request. The KS Nozzle Cleaner uses compressed air to blow off contamination residues and optionally includes the KS TCP Check to verify nozzle accuracy.
