It features an automatic hibernation system that reduces energy consumption during idle times and a compact design that saves space. The unit can handle capacities from 2,000 to 60,000 liters per hour, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale production. The divert system ensures pasteurization by verifying the product temperature before and after the holding cell, diverting product back for recirculation if necessary. Additionally, booster pumps create a differential pressure to enhance food safety, and an integrated leakage test ensures no contamination between pasteurized and unpasteurized sections. The automation system enables efficient production with minimal human error, reducing downtime and operational costs.
