The SWECO HX Series Round Separator is a versatile vibratory screening solution designed to enhance separation efficiency and safety. Equipped with the ProGlide™ Linear Weight System, this separator allows precise proportional motion adjustment, optimizing horizontal and vertical amplitude to improve throughput. The lower weight guard ensures compliance with CE standards by reducing reach-in injuries and can be easily removed for maintenance. This separator can screen particles as fine as 37 microns (400 mesh) and can incorporate up to four screen decks, facilitating higher capacity with less floor space required. Its design, featuring eccentric weights on the motion-generator shaft, enables efficient material movement through horizontal and vertical vibrations.
