Easily change sieves and control vibrations
The VCS1000 Vibrating Calibration System from Hoopman Equipment is designed to simplify the process of calibrating and sieving seeds. This system features an innovative sieve clamping mechanism that allows for quick and easy sieve changes without parts scattered around. It includes an inlet system, dust hood, and control box, which make it a plug & play solution for operators. The control display offers adjustments for vibration speed, inlet system control, and high/low-speed switching for auto-cleaning of the sieves. Capable of holding 3 or 4 sieves of 1000x1000mm per sieve boat, the system can sort products into 4/5 fractions. By combining multiple sieve boats, up to 8 sieves can be used in one run. A ball-frame with balls beneath the sieve frame ensures continuous self-cleaning during the sieving process, preventing blockage through frequent high-speed vibrations. This new design also reduces noise while maintaining efficient dust extraction.
