Vial washer for pharmaceutical processing
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, maintaining sterility and preventing contamination are critical during the vial washing process. Challenges such as glass breakage, particulate generation, and inefficient water usage can lead to costly delays and compliance issues.

Efficiently clean vials while minimizing contaminants
The Hull i-Dositecno Vial Washers from SP I-docitecno are designed to address these challenges with four different models catering to various production needs. With a design that includes only two moving parts in the washing chamber, the risk of particulate generation and glass breakage is minimized. These washers use as little as 1 L/min Water-For-Injection (WFI), even at high throughputs of up to 400 vials per minute. The RW-250, RW-500, RW-800, and RW-1150 models cover a range from small batch, semi-automatic operations to high-speed automatic washing. Equipped with a servo drive and Human Machine Interface (HMI), these washers offer precise control and efficiency. Suitable for vial sizes ranging from 1-500 mL, they are designed for both laboratory settings and full-scale production environments.
Benefits
- Reduces particulate generation and contamination risk
- Minimizes glass breakage with non-penetrating washers
- Efficient water use, as low as 1 L/min WFI
- Flexible options for different production scales
- Easy and quick changeover between vial sizes
