The 350 TS K – 300/350 TCS K, from Minerva Omega Group Italy, is a vertical slicer designed with efficiency and safety in mind. Constructed from aluminium alloy treated with anodic oxidation, it ensures durability and hygiene. The built-in sharpener maintains blade sharpness, while the Poly V belt drive ensures smooth and reliable operation. This slicer is equipped with a N.V.R. (No-Volt Release) control device for added safety. It is suitable for various retail and collective catering applications, allowing for precise cutting of up to 250 mm in diameter with adjustable thicknesses from 0 to 15 mm. The slicer complies with CE standards for hygiene and safety and offers optional features such as Teflon-covered blades and a safety microswitch on the blade guard.
