The TTBagV by JBT’s TIPPER TIE is a versatile vertical bagging system designed for packaging whole birds. It allows a single operator to manage the process efficiently by automatically blowing open bags up to 330mm in width for easy product insertion. The operator then pulls the bag from the wicket and inserts it into a horizontal Signature Series clipper. This system supports throughput rates of up to 20 packages per minute for bagging and 10 packages per minute for bagging and clipping. With the option to double capacity by adding a second hocking station and clipper, along with an additional operator, the TTBagV enhances productivity. The TIPPER TIE PRoCARE® support ensures reliable operation and minimal downtime.
