The system includes a powerful pump and strategically placed water nozzles to achieve intensive cleaning. Vegetables are submerged and cleaned by a perforated drum to remove floating insects, which can be tilted forward for cleaning or if not needed. After washing, produce is transported over a vibrating sieve, receiving an extra rinse to ensure cleanliness. The water used in the process is filtered and recycled to minimize waste and enhance efficiency. The VWM-3600 can handle capacities ranging from 500 to 1000 kg per hour, making it suitable for various processing requirements.
