Unloader for non-free-flowing materials in flat bottom silos

Industries storing materials like heavy powders, fibrous substances, or wet products in flat bottom silos often struggle with clogging and inconsistent unloading. These challenging materials require an unloading system that can efficiently handle various consistencies without manual intervention.

Efficiently unload difficult materials using hydraulic technology

The Hydraugyre from Morillon is a sophisticated unloader designed to handle difficult and non-free-flowing materials stored in flat bottom silos. Utilizing a hydraulic transmission and an Archimedes screw driven by a hydraulic motor, the Hydraugyre sweeps the silo bottom in a 360° rotation, adhering to the FIFO (first in, first out) principle. Morillon’s Booster start-up system allows the Hydraugyre to be launched in a full silo regardless of the screw’s starting position, ensuring high torque transmission at low speeds. Designed for silos ranging from 2 to 27 meters in diameter and offering discharge capacities of up to 600 cubic meters per hour, this system is well-suited for various industrial applications. Additional features include speed regulation, maintenance capability even on a full silo, and multiple options such as ATEX certification, high-temperature operation, and stainless steel construction.
