The Hydraugyre from Morillon Systems is a hydraulic silo screw unloader designed to tackle the challenge of discharging difficult, non-free-flowing materials stored in flat-bottom silos. Its unique system employs a hydraulic transmission that drives an Archimedes screw, enabling high torque at low speeds. This configuration achieves smooth, 360° sweeps of silo contents while supporting FIFO (first in, first out) unloading. The Booster start-up system allows operation from a full silo, irrespective of the screw’s initial position, enhancing operational flexibility.

Ideal for industries such as food processing, agriculture, chemical, and biomass, the Hydraugyre manages a wide array of materials—from wood pellets and grain to powdered chemicals and minerals.
