This system efficiently cuts the ligament in the hip joint and pulls the leg from the back, removing the back and the oyster with the thigh. The auger then conveys the leg into a splitting module which separates the thigh from the drumstick. This processor maintains high throughput, with one operator able to process 30-38 toms or 30-32 hens per minute.
