The EASY.Mix systems by A Due are specialized dissolving solutions designed for various stabilizers, including pectin, guar gum, xanthan gum, and their mixtures. The triblender model includes a loading hopper that vertically transfers powders by suction into a mixing chamber, ensuring homogeneity through a special mesh filter. It is ideal for low-concentration solutions like pectins (up to 0.5% at 50°C) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) (up to 0.2% at 20°C). The high shear mixer model handles medium concentration solutions with a system of 1000-liter vessels and self-priming pumps, suitable for pectins up to 1.5%, guar gum up to 0.5%, xanthan gum up to 0.5%, and CMC up to 0.5%. The vacuum disperser model is effective for high concentration solutions, utilizing vacuum technology to disperse powders without lumps. It can handle pectins up to 6.0%, xanthan gum up to 3.0%, CMC up to 4.0%, and guar gum up to 3.0%. These systems are equipped with additional features like heat exchangers and supporting worktops.
