Offering different options based on the desired solution viscosity and stabilizer properties, the system includes turbo emulsifiers, tri-blenders, hydrodynamic hoppers, and dispersers. The triblender assembly, ideal for low concentration solutions, ensures homogeneous mixtures with a mesh filter and hopper for efficient powder transfer. For medium concentration solutions, the high shear mixer with a 1000-litre vessel and emulsifying system is used. For high concentration solutions, the vacuum disperser in conjunction with a 1000-litre vessel enables lump-free, smooth textures even with minimal water. Each option ensures optimal dispersion and hydration of stabilizers, crucial for product consistency and quality.
