Solventless cannabis extraction system for large-scale operations

When processing large quantities of cannabis or hemp, achieving efficient trichome isolation without using solvents is a major challenge. Large-scale operations demand robust systems that can handle significant biomass while ensuring compliance with food-grade and GMP standards.

Extract trichomes efficiently from large biomass batches

The WT-2000 by Whistler Technologies is a solventless extraction system engineered for large-scale cannabis, hemp, or hops processors. With the ability to handle up to 160 kg of fresh frozen biomass or 53 kg of dry biomass per run, this system is ideal for operations requiring substantial processing capabilities. Constructed from stainless steel 316 and 304 for wetted and non-wetted components respectively, the WT-2000 meets stringent food-grade certifications and allows for customization to comply with cGMP or EU GMP standards. The built-in Clean-In-Place (CIP) system enhances operational efficiency by automating the cleaning process, and optional upgrades enable automatic spent biomass removal and valve actuation. Electrical specifications include a 3-phase, 70-80A line fuse, operating at either 480 V or 600 V. The system demands a large operational area with a minimum footprint of 500+ sq ft and ceiling height of at least 16 feet.
