Depending on your product configuration, the Smart Shaker can be programmed for the specific motion that provides the best results. The updated Model DC5200 moves the clamping mechanism from overhead to underneath, incorporating a pivoting conveyor for quick access to mechanical components. This solution streamlines the dough correction process through innovative technology, making it easier for operators to achieve consistent, high-quality baking outcomes. Operated with user-friendly controls, the Smart Shaker operates at 380/480V, 50/60Hz, 3 phase, requiring 80 PSI @ 3 SCFM max air supply.
