It improves throughput and pack consistency with its scalable design, which can be adapted from small units to high-volume turnkey solutions. This sorter utilizes InVision2 technology, providing seven views from color and infrared cameras to inspect cherries comprehensively for size, shape, color, and surface defects. The Sizer Control software allows operators to monitor the sorting process efficiently, while Dynamic Lane Balancing helps optimize capacity by diverting overfilled lanes to those with lower cupfill. Gentle water flumes, hydro-cushions, and water v-belts handle fruit delicately, ensuring minimal damage even at high speeds.
