The VWP Shafted Washer Compactors from WAMGROUP are specifically designed to handle screenings from wastewater treatment plants, effectively compacting and dewatering the material. Equipped with a robust steel shafted spiral, the system transports waste from the hopper to the compacting zone where it undergoes dewatering and washing to remove organic matter. Available in three sizes, the compactors can process between 1.5 to 6 cubic meters of screenings per hour. Constructed from durable materials, including 304 L / 316 L stainless steel, the VWP compactors boast a low maintenance design, reducing the need for frequent servicing. The compacting zone features spray nozzles for effective cleaning, and the washed liquids are redirected back to the purification system. This system is suitable for a wide range of industries including municipal wastewater treatment, food processing, and abattoirs.
