The system features the GEA finetuner, which optimizes the separating zone and improves efficiency. The integrated direct drive minimizes space requirements and operational noise while maximizing uptime by allowing the bowl and motor to be removed as a single unit, reducing maintenance time. Furthermore, the hydrohermetic feed system protects the product from high shearing forces, ensuring gentle handling and preventing emulsification. This system also includes a hydrohermetic vapor seal, advantageous for higher separating temperatures, and a bowl flush feature for improved flow characteristics of highly viscous heavy phases.
