The main component is a powerful hammer drum that ensures effective grinding and processing. The hammer mill reduces the seaweed size with customizable options for grinding and sieving. The process involves mechanical forces breaking down the material into finely ground particles. The grinder incorporates a rotating drum with specially designed hammers mounted on a common axle. This combination of hammer design, shaft rotation speed, and raw material structure guarantees the desired product quality. Capable of processing other dried foods and spices, the mill offers easily replaceable perforated sieves for different particle sizes. Ground products are collected manually in a container or bag while a stand-alone aspiration system ensures a safe environment. Its construction with AISI316L steel ensures durability and hygiene, powered by a 3 kW electric motor. Certified with CE, the grinder has additional options for attaching plastic bags and easy disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.
