The C31 Pre-Coat Filter by Cadalpe is designed specifically to address wine filtration issues, even when dealing with small quantities. Equipped with horizontal disks and a self-cleaning mechanism, this filter ensures even distribution of the precoat for optimal filtration. The precoat remains stable and intact, even during extended pauses in operation. The filter allows for efficient coat detachment through precisely oriented water jets directed at the rotating disks, eliminating the need for scraping or vibrations. Final washing of the disks is performed without removing the filter housing, using a minimal amount of water. The C31 also features Cadalpe’s exclusive removable disk filtering elements and offers an optional end-of-cycle total filtration of the residual liquid in the filter housing.
