The Comac Saturation Unit is designed for precise carbonation of beverages, managing both deaeration and carbonation processes effectively. Its stainless steel frame provides durability, while the pump feeds the static mixer/carbonator tank regulated by a frequency converter. This ensures constant product inlet pressure. The unit includes a CO2 pressure reducer, product/CO2 static mixer, and a corrosion-resistant Aisi304 stainless steel storage tank with safety valve and min-max level probe. The unit is equipped with an electric control panel featuring an HMI touch screen and Siemens PLC logic controller for seamless operation. It is suitable for carbonating products like water, cider, and sparkling wine with levels up to 7/8 g/L.
