Efficiently separate and wash sand from wastewater
The CLSW Sand Washer from WAMGROUP is designed to tackle the challenge of separating sand from wastewater while simultaneously washing away organic particles. This system features a truncated cone-shaped tank where sand-water mixtures are efficiently processed. A rotating agitator distributes the mixture, and with the addition of wash water, organic particles are separated from the sand. The sand is then conveyed and discharged through a screw conveyor. This design ensures high organic separation efficiency of up to 97%. Available in three sizes with flow rates of up to 30 liters per second, the CLSW Sand Washer is suitable for narrow installations, making it adaptable to various industrial and municipal wastewater treatment settings.
