The equipment features sanitary design elements such as an open and accessible two-way flip top cover and the simplest roll drive design, which does not use chains, sprockets, or gears. This results in easier cleaning and maintenance. Available in 8 and 10 roll models, the Raging Bull operates at roll speeds of 800 to 1,000 RPM. The auger that raises with the cover adds to the equipment’s accessibility, making it easier to handle various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
