Capable of processing 750 kg/h, this machine efficiently handles ground beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, as well as specialty products like artisan sausages and gourmet hamburgers.

Its stainless steel construction guarantees durability and easy maintenance while complying with CE standards for hygiene and safety. The machine’s enterprise cutting system includes a self-sharpening knife and an extractor to ensure consistent and precise cuts.
