The ADMV PF60-120, by ADMV (Coesia Group), is a pump feeding system designed to handle pump components for mascara production. It efficiently feeds pumps from bulk and sorts them on an outfeed rail, handling diameters from 13 mm to 22 mm and up to a length of 180 mm. This system operates at a speed of 60 to 120 pumps per minute. It features a color-coded easy changeover process, reducing setup time between production runs. Its embedded hopper and asynchronous drive system ensure reliable and consistent performance. Furthermore, with a compact footprint of 1750mm depth, 1800mm height, and 1100mm length, it is suitable for facilities with limited space. The system also includes an option for electrical height adjustment, adding further flexibility to its operation.
