Pulp and paper screw press separator
In the pulp and paper industry, managing slurry and waste efficiently is critical. Traditional methods often fail to achieve a high separation efficiency or dry solids content, making waste management labor-intensive and costly.

Separate solids from liquids efficiently
The SEPCOM Pulp and Paper Horizontal Screw Press Separator by WAMGROUP is engineered for high-efficiency solids-liquid separation in paper recycling. Its design includes a compensator tank, overflow hopper, and a specialized stainless steel screw for effective screen cleaning. The separator combines gravity and mechanical compression to segregate liquid and solid phases. The stainless steel casing houses a screw conveyor and a cylindrical screen basket that convey and separate solids from the liquid phase, allowing the solid fraction to be extruded through the counter-pressure diaphragm outlet, forming a material plug. It is equipped with an electric motor and a gear reducer for seamless operation. The SEPCOM is suitable for various industries, including biogas plants, industrial processes, and livestock slurry treatment. Maximum hydraulic throughput is 65 m3/h, with a dry matter content up to 32% for solids and less than 5% for liquids.
