The 220 Volt – 50 Hz single-phase asynchronous induction motor is certified for continuous use, providing robust performance. The reduction unit with helical hot forged and tempered steel gears in an oil bath ensures smooth and consistent operation. The vegetable cutting body can be completely disassembled for thorough and quick cleaning, minimizing downtime. An integrated locking/unlocking system eliminates the need for keys or tools, simplifying the process. The VEGGIE PRO includes three cutting cones: one for slices, one for julienne cuts with 4 mm holes, and one for vegetable chops with 7 mm holes, catering to diverse needs in vegetable preparation. Additional accessories include a vegetables driving accessory and a fingersafe accessory for the slicing cone. The chopping cone can also be used for mozzarella chopping, adding to its versatility.
