The slicer operates with a 230 W single-phase asynchronous motor at 220 volts and 50 Hz, although motors for other voltages and frequencies can be requested. The slicer allows cut thickness adjustments from 0 to 15 mm, catering to various slicing needs. With a tray stroke of 27 cm and food tray dimensions of 26 x 28 cm, it’s capable of handling sizeable food portions. Additionally, the standard sharpener included ensures the blade remains sharp for consistent cutting performance.
