The Tetra PakĀ® Preparation System B-EXT is designed to handle final syrup and beverage preparation with flexibility and scalability. Capable of managing production from 2,000-4,000 liters per hour up to 70,000 liters per hour, it meets diverse production needs. Its modular design is upgradeable, accommodating shifts to new products and capacities. The system features a radial jet mixer that ensures homogenous mixing without mechanical force, which prevents friction and heat generation. This makes it particularly suitable for mixing syrups and beverages with viscosities up to 200 cP. Additional components include a pre-mix recirculation loop for dissolving ingredients independently from the main batch and a horizontal injector that prevents clogging during powder mixing.
