The Panel-Tec from Zeppelin Systems is an innovative prefabricated silo system designed to improve construction efficiency. Each individual segment of the Panel-Tec is prefabricated at the manufacturing site, complete with flanges, allowing for economical transport to the construction site in containers. Once there, the segments can be assembled on-site, either hanging from a crane or lying flat, and automatically welded internally. This method significantly decreases installation time compared to traditional methods and allows for construction in any weather conditions. The innovative flange design ensures verifiable weld seams, enabling non-destructive testing like ultrasonic inspections to enhance weld seam quality. This increases the wall strength of the silo and optimizes stability against bulging. Designed for bulk material flow optimization, the new cone design eliminates sharp edges, and three roof variants offer customization. Additionally, all process technology options for blending or gassing can be integrated, ensuring it meets specific industry requirements.
