The FTS ThermoJet Temperature Forcing System by SP FTS is a compact, precision-controlled temperature cycling system designed for semiconductor testing and other demanding applications. It eliminates the need for expendable refrigerants by utilizing a robust mechanical refrigeration system. The ThermoJet can produce localized airstreams up to 20 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) with a temperature range from -80°C to +225°C, with an optional high temperature extension to +350°C. It is capable of transitioning from +200°C to -65°C and -80°C to +200°C in less than 15 seconds. This system includes features such as an external Device Under Test (DUT) thermocouple for precise control, dual air filters, and a built-in air dryer to protect the test site. The intuitive touchscreen interface and remote communication options simplify operation. The system’s mounted castors and compact design allow for easy maneuverability and minimal floor space usage.
