The centring unit and knife blocks facilitate consistent cuts, with the ability to halve potatoes on one track while cutting them into 4 or 8 segments on the other tracks. The vibration chute ensures equal and optimal filling, while the frequency drive system supports reliable operation. Capable of processing potatoes with diameters between 25 and 80 mm and a maximum length of 120 mm, the machine can handle up to 32,000 potatoes per hour. Optional features include a bypass belt for small products and various knife units.
