The ETFR STELLA series by Siempharma is an automatic system designed specifically for labelling pharmaceutical ampoules. This series operates by loading ampoules either manually or automatically onto a conveyor belt. The ampoules are then moved towards a carousel with specially designed housings, guiding them to the labelling station. A retractable blade applies the label with high precision, supported by a rotating device that spins the ampoule to complete the application. The ETFR STELLA labelers are equipped with a high-production labeller compatible with the pharmaceutical sector. Featuring motorized winders and a loop unit, the system can run up to 200 meters or 2,000 labels per minute, keeping pace with product speed. The chassis is constructed from aluminum with AISI 304 stainless-steel panels ensuring durability and compliance with GMP standards. The system is designed for easy size changeover and is prearranged for Track & Trace. User-friendly touchscreen HMI allows quick learning and easy configuration. Compliant with CFR21 part 11 / EU ANNEX 11, and designed according to INDUSTRY 4.0 standards, it offers full visibility and accessibility for maintenance and inspection.
