Pasteurizes Fruit and Vegetable Juices

The Tank Pasteurizer WP100/WP200 from Kreuzmayr Maschinenbau GmbH is an engineered solution designed to efficiently pasteurize a range of beverage products including fruit juices, vegetable juices, and purees. Utilizing automatic precise temperature control, this equipment ensures the gentle heating of juices to safely reduce microbial content while preserving flavor and nutritional quality. With a nominal hourly output of 100 to 200 bottles per hour, it is suitable for small to mid-sized juice production runs.

The pasteurizer integrates smoothly into your production line, featuring a fully automatic process based on adjustable temperature and heat holding time. It is ideal for both batch and continuous operations, maintaining flexibility across diverse production demands. The equipment uses nine to eighteen kW of heating power and requires a 400 V electrical connection.
