The EASY.ThermP by A Due is a pasteurizer machine suitable for producing beverages with low pulp content including simple syrup, finished drink and fruit juices. It is also ideal for all filling technologies such as hot, cold, and ultra-clean. The system pasteurizes and then cools the incoming product by changing the heat cycle according to the product to be pasteurized. The pasteurization temperature and outlet temperature can be adjusted with an accuracy of up to +/- 1 degree Celsius. The cold filling process can also recover up to 90% energy. It has a production capacity of 500 to 60,000 liters per hour.
