These models handle various reel-fed, heat-sealable film types, including very thin films like cellophane, PVC, and polypropylene. The system includes a device to lift the film-driving rollers during product elevation, ensuring the film remains well-positioned and the wrapping finish is of high quality. Maintenance is straightforward with standard Siemens electrical components and Siemens PLC controls. Both models feature an oil-tight steel frame and lubrication via an oil bath. The 3701 maintains a production speed of 130 cycles per minute for smaller items, while the 3711 reaches 110 cycles per minute for slightly larger products. Quick and easy changeovers minimize downtime, ensuring continuous operation.
