The BELLOJET ZC, from WAMGROUP, is a specialized open truck loading bellow designed to contain dust during the loading of dry, dusty bulk solids. Manufactured with a durable, abrasion-resistant neoprene chute, it features inner tapered cones to direct material flow and an outer double bellows for effective dust removal. The integrated filter, equipped with pulse-jet cleaning, continuously extracts airborne dust through filter cartridges, ensuring clean air output during the operation. An automated system with limit switches and sensors helps in the precise positioning and continuous adjustment of the bellows, enhancing operational efficiency. The system supports various industries including Building & Construction, Feed & Food, and Heavy Industries with an impressive throughput rate of up to 250 m3/h and operational temperature ranges from -40 to 150 °C.
