The Proseal GT4eXTwin Tray Sealer from JBT is a high-speed, large-capacity system designed to optimize tray sealing operations. This system can handle packs up to 400mm wide, using either an extra-wide single lane or twin lane configuration. The GT4eXTwin can seal 144 Vacuum Gas packs per minute on a 12-impression tool, making it suitable for high throughput environments. The system is highly flexible, capable of multiple heat seal styles such as MAP, VMAP, and Skin. With its energy-efficient Eseal® system, it significantly reduces energy consumption while increasing seal force. Additionally, the ProMotion system enhances production speed by ensuring continuous motion tray infeed. The machine is portable, has a five-minute tool changeover, and is constructed to meet food industry hygiene standards.
