Laminar flow hood for aseptic preparation

In pharmaceutical and laboratory settings, maintaining aseptic conditions is critical for handling non-radioactive materials. Ensuring sterility while protecting products from contamination challenges your workflow efficiency and safety protocols.

Maintain aseptic conditions with laminar flow

The FHR SSC Hood by Comecer is a laminar flow hood designed to prepare non-radioactive materials under aseptic conditions. This hood ensures material and product protection while maintaining sterility, complying with GMP Annex 1 Class A standards. It features a frontal opening for air inlet, using a HEPA filter that provides a vertical laminar flow across the workbench. When activated, the hood extracts air through a grille and recirculates it, creating an ISO5 Class A environment. Its construction includes AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel work surfaces with arc-welded joints. The hood integrates an alarm system for filter blockages, ensuring reliability and safety. Key components include neon lighting, a front acrylic door, and a locking technical compartment.

Benefits

  • Ensures aseptic conditions with GMP Annex 1 Class A compliance
  • HEPA filtration for clean air during operations
  • Arc-welded stainless steel surfaces for easy cleaning
