This mixer features dual mixing tools and can handle dough capacities ranging from 160 to 600 kg. The design focuses on hygiene, with easy-to-clean components like the bowl closing cap. The bowl transmission system ensures consistent RPM for improved dough quality and reduced maintenance needs compared to traditional clutch wheel systems. Optional accessories include the Vario Drive System (VDS), which allows speed regulation for both the mixing tool and the bowl. This compact system can integrate multiple mixers to feed directly into production lines, with an added option for dough resting.
