Its unique design features eliminate the need for a moving breaking mechanism, reducing maintenance requirements. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting durability and cleanliness. The ICECAT can produce between 30 to 100 tons of ice in a 24-hour period, with an oversized water box that minimizes mineral deposits and resolves pumping issues. The system is typically designed for flooded ammonia operation at intermediate suction pressures and includes a stainless steel framework, a centrifugal sanitary water pump, and a PLC controller with a programmable interface and digital outputs for precise control. The ICECAT is available in multiple models (30, 50, 70, and 100 ton) to match the scale of different operations, and it complies with ASME standards having a 250psi vessel.
