The Proseal GT1e by JBT is an automatic in-line tray sealing system designed for high-capacity, high-speed packaging. This system can perform any heat seal style on pre-formed trays, including atmospheric, MAP, VMAP, Skin, and Skin Plus. The flexibility to add or remove sealing options ensures adaptability to changing packaging trends. The GT1e can produce up to 60 vacuum/gas packs per minute using a 5-impression tool. User-friendly features include a unique QR modular conveyor system and a streamlined tool changeover process within five minutes.
